Peer Support That Puts People First
You don’t have to face the challenges of running a business alone.
Our peer support sessions are here to offer connection, care, and encouragement – whether you're having a tough day or just need to feel understood.
These sessions bring together people with similar lived experience – disabled founders, people with long-term health conditions, and those juggling self-employment with personal challenges. It’s a space to talk, reflect, share tips, or just breathe for a moment with others who get it.
We offer:
Mental health and wellbeing check-ins
Creative and reflective activities
Gentle peer coaching and shared problem-solving
Access to our inclusive allotment programme in Blaydon – fresh air, calm, and community
New groups and activities are always developing – from craft sessions and gaming afternoons to energy-based goal setting and seasonal outdoor projects.
